You will own 7 clients, approve every script, visual set, edit and cover before it moves, and be the only person who talks to those clients. About 24 decisions a day. Each one needs a reason in one line.

What you will do

Synthrova makes 30–40 second short videos for creators who talk about AI. Visuals, voice and the on-screen face are mostly AI-generated. Two kinds: tutorials and story clips.

We are restructuring into five client teams. Each team has one creative director who owns 7 clients and is the only boss for that team.

The CD hire is the most important hire in the restructure.

What we look for

1. Judgment. Can you tell a weak script from a good one and say why in one line.
2. Speed. Can you do it 24 times a day without the quality dropping.
3. Client manner. Can you answer an unhappy client without blaming the team or promising what you cannot deliver.
4. Standard. Can you look at two good videos and write the rule that makes one better.

Disqualified at any stage, whatever the score

• Approves a piece that breaks a client hard rule.
• Reasons that are not reasons ("make it better", a paragraph where a line was asked for).
• Blames a named team member in a client reply.
• Promises a client a time without saying they will check.
• Misses the 48 hours with no message before the deadline.
• Raises their voice in the pushback.
